The Retention Engine
Nobody announces they're quitting. They just fade.
The member who cancels in October actually left in August — the 4x/week athlete who slid to twice, then once, then a ghost town. You were coaching classes, so nobody caught it. That gap between the fade and the cancellation email is where an affiliate bleeds revenue, and it's exactly the gap this engine closes.
Step 1 · Health Scoring
Every member, measured against their own normal.
Fran compares each member's last two weeks of check-ins against their own four-week baseline. Not an industry average, not a generic "engagement score" — their normal. The 5am regular who drops to twice a week gets flagged long before the twice-a-week member who's perfectly steady.
Everyone lands in one of four buckets: healthy, cooling, at risk, or ghost. New members get their own grace logic, frozen memberships don't count against you, and you can mark exceptions (travel, injury, comped) so the board reflects reality.
Step 2 · The Save List
The drift, priced. The save, ranked.
Your Board opens on the members who need you this week, with the monthly revenue at stake right in the headline. At-risk members rank above ghosts because they're still reachable, and the freshest absences rank first — a member 9 days out is far more saveable than one 28 days gone.
Work it top to bottom and your attention always goes where it protects the most revenue. No spreadsheet, no gut-feel guessing about who you haven't seen lately.
Step 3 · The Send
Fran writes it. You send it. The relationship stays yours.
Tap once and Fran drafts a personal check-in based on that member's actual pattern, in your voice — warm, casual, no guilt trip, and never a word about "attendance data." The draft opens in your own Messages app with the text prefilled. You read it, tweak it if you want, and hit send like any other text.
Nothing goes out automatically, ever. Your members hear from their coach, from the coach's number, sounding like the coach. The software did the watching and the writing; the human does the relationship. That split is the whole philosophy: replace tasks, never people.
Run the math on one save
A membership runs about $180/mo. OTB is $199.
Catch one member before they walk and the software has paid for itself that month. Everything after that is retained revenue you would have lost quietly.
And that math only counts the first save. A member kept is also the referrals they bring, the community they hold together, and the coach morale that doesn't take a hit when another familiar face disappears.
From People In The Community
“Eamon is the best. He has taken something that can be overwhelming and scary and simplified it, so even someone with little to no understanding of AI feels comfortable and confident. It has helped me make my life far more efficient and, dare I say, better. I am thrilled to be working with Eamon and look forward to continuing to work with him in the future as AI continues to be a bigger and bigger part of society.”

Straight answers
Does Fran message my members automatically?
No, and that's on purpose. Fran watches attendance, flags who's slipping, and writes the check-in text in your voice. You read it and send it from your own phone. Your members hear from their coach, not from software. We replace tasks, never the relationship.
What if I'm not on PushPress?
The gym features are built on PushPress today. If you run something else, reach out anyway — integrations get prioritized by what founding affiliates actually use, and the rest of the OS (briefs, leads, tasks, Fran) works regardless of your gym software.
How long does setup take?
Minutes, honestly. You connect PushPress with an API key from your dashboard, and your member health board fills in on the first sync. No data entry, no migration, no second system for your coaches to learn.
Is my member data safe?
Your PushPress data is pulled on demand and read-only. We don't keep a copy of your member database, and your API credentials are stored encrypted. Your members' info stays where it lives today.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Month to month, cancel anytime. The founding rate of $199/mo stays locked for as long as you stay on — walk away whenever, no hard feelings.
What does 'founding beta' actually mean?
The product is live and working — member health, the Save List, reports, and Fran are running in real gyms today. Founding means you're one of the first ten affiliates, you keep the locked price, and you get a direct line to the founder. What gets built next is decided by what founding gyms need, not a corporate roadmap.
Founding Beta — First 10 Affiliates · $199/mo locked
Connect PushPress and your health board fills in on the first sync. If the Save List doesn't surface anyone worth texting in your first month, you probably have the best retention in the community — and you can cancel anytime.
